The 1620s House and Garden at Donington-le-Heath is set to welcome back visitors from this week.
It is one of a number of heritage sites across Leicestershire that are due to re-open.
The sites – which are all run by Leicestershire County Council – have been closed since the end of March due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
And the 1620s House and Garden is planning to re-open on Thursday, September 10.
Donington Le Heath Manor House is one of the oldest houses in Leicestershire and was built in around 1290.
Today (Mon, 7 Sep), the doors re-open at the award-winning Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, which recently held a 'virtual' Medieval Festival.
Harborough Museum re-opens on Wednesday (9th Sep) with Melton Carnegie Museum due to open on Thursday (10th Sep). Charnwood Museum re-opened towards the end of last month.
Councillor Richard Blunt, county council cabinet member for heritage, leisure and arts, said: "We're delighted that we are now able to re-open our heritage sites and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors back to enjoy them.
"Our priority is to ensure that the attractions are safe for visitors and staff. What remains the same is that we want people to come along and have an enjoyable time with us – as well as staying safe."
Visitors to all the sites will need to pre-book a timed slot.
For details of opening days and times and to book a slot online, please visit the individual websites.
