Motorists have been warned of a road closure in Coalville tomorrow (Sunday) due to the Remembrance Day Service in the town.

The commemoration in Memorial Square will go ahead in the morning, and Mantle Lane will be closed as a result.

North West Leicestershire District Council says: "If you are planning on attending the Remembrance Parade and Service in Coalville this Sunday please allow extra time for your journey as Mantle Lane in Coalville is closed.

"We advise that you park in the council offices car park on Whitwick Road and walk the short distance to Memorial Square.

"Roads will close around Coalville from approx. 10.15am to 12pm for the parade and service.

"Thank you for your support."
