Leicestershire County Council has reminded Coalville residents they have until the end of this month to take part in a consultation on the A511 Bardon Link Road.
As part of the wider improvements to the A511 corridor, the council proposes that a new section of highway is constructed to link Bardon Road with the new housing developments at Grange Road.
Due to the scale of works proposed at this location, this element of the project will require planning permission - and the project team are in the process of preparing the relevant material to submit an application in early 2022.
In advance of submitting the application, the council wants to make residents and interested parties aware of the latest proposals and seeks your feedback on the current designs.
This is so it can consider any adjustments prior to submission of the planning application.
Further information on the proposals can be found [L]https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/have-your-say/current-engagement/proposed-a511-bardon-link-road-coalville[.L+]HERE[.L].
The council asks that you read the supporting information provided before completing the questionnaire.
If you need help to complete this questionnaire or have any questions about the consultation, please call Customer Services on 0116 305 0001 or the Project Team on 0116 3058136.
