Coalville CAN is hosting the Big Green Exhibition - starting this week - where you can address environmental issues.

The event starts on Thursday (Sept 22) at the CAN offices in Memorial Square - and continues throughout October.

If you are:

– interested in saving the planet and do not know where to start

– Overwhelmed by what's going on and want to vent

– Wanting to connect with others to see what they are doing

Then you can come along to CAN and see what is happening.

The exhibition includes local people that are making a difference, from permaculture with 'Under the Canopy' in Coalville, to the the Youth Landscapers in Moira, to a company that has designed eco-posts that instantly share pollution levels, plus bees,

No Frills Refills and what local churches are doing is also on the agenda,

Anyone is welcome to bring in additional material for sharing in the exhibition space.

Open to the public Thursdays to Saturdays 10-4 pm.

Monthly Meet-ups are also planned with the Big Green Network – starting September 27 and running on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
