Welder Fabricator (Afternoon Shift) Location: Coalville Pay Rate: £16.60ph / Plus Shift Allowances + Overtime Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 14.15pm Hunters 4 Staff is seeking an experienced and proficient Welder Fabricator to join our client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about welding and fabrication. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding with precision and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG welding.
• At least 3 years of fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with press brake machines and plasma cutting machines is desirable but not essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
