Description
Responsible for planning and implementing the opening of new warehouses, ensuring that warehouse equipment, facilities, and operating procedures meet company standards and business needs.
Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely warehouse opening and operational launch.
Oversee warehouse layout, logistics management, and system deployment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Responsible for the day-to-day warehousing and logistics management of EMA.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with airport safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Monitor operational KPIs, drive process improvements, and enhance loading, unloading, and delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with airlines and logistics carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
Optimize transportation routes and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
Continuously analyze operational data, identify problems, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Drive technology and system optimization to improve the automation and informatization of warehouse operations.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Experience in establishing and managing new warehouses, especially in the air freight or express delivery industry.
Extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills, able to lead a team to achieve goals under pressure.
Familiar with warehouse layout, equipment planning, and the application of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
