Are you an experienced Stock and Administration professional with strong SAP expertise and a passion for stock management and system accuracy? Our client, a leading provider of cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling, and co-manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Stock and Admin Coordinator to join their dynamic team.The Role:As a Stock and Admin Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of stock control systems, ensuring seamless operations across stock ordering, reconciliation, and reporting. You will liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve stock-related issues and support the factory team in meeting tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Manage stock ordering and reconciliation using SAP and other warehouse/production systems.Accurately record and monitor stock movements for both customer and internal operations.Reconcile inbound/outbound case discrepancies and resolve stock/system issues.Conduct perpetual stock checks and ensure alignment with company standards.Prepare and distribute reports, identifying resolutions to minimize losses.Liaise with customers to address stock-related queries and ensure compliance with agreed processes.Lead and train a stock team to achieve 100% accuracy in stock and system requirements.Present findings and reports to senior management and contribute to strategic decisions.Qualifications and Experience:Strong working knowledge of SAP and warehouse systems.Advanced Excel skills for creating and analyzing reports and spreadsheets.Experience in fast-paced warehouse/production environments with tight deadlines.Proven ability to analyse and resolve data and stock-related issues effectively.Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external customers.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of prioritising in a dynamic work environment.What We're Looking For?A flexible, positive, and results-driven individual with a "can-do" attitude.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet changing priorities.Leadership abilities to guide and inspire a stock team.Benefits:Competitive salary of 28,000 per annum.Benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.If you are a motivated professional with expertise in SAP and a passion for delivering exceptional stock management and administrative support, we want to hear from you!Apply today to join a fast-moving and innovative organisation where your contributions will make a real difference.
