Barker Ross are currently looking for Line Leaders for a co-pack operation based in the LE67 Coalville Bardon area. This is an exciting opportunity for to work for a world leading food and beverage company. The successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude towards work with an eagerness to get the job done. This position is a temp to perm role The shift patterns available: 06:00 to 14:00 14:00 to 22:00 22:00 to 06:00 Before moving to night shifts you will be required to complete training on the day shift. Either 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00. Job duties include: Manage and motivate a team of operatives to meet production targets and product specifications Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external and follow good manufacturing practices To attend Line Leader meetings To assist in the training and development of new starters To act as a role model for best practice Work alongside staff on the production line Ad Hoc production duties The ideal candidate will have: Experience working in a similar field A can do attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Ability to motivate Basic IT skillS Job benefits: Temp to perm Onsite Parking Onsite Canteen Working for a growing and reputable company How to apply for the Line Leader job role: In the first instance please forward your CV.
