Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Groby, LE6

Contract Details: Temporary 12 months, opportunity to go permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, early Friday finish at 1pm!

Responsibilities:As a Manufacturing Assembler (Production Operator), your duties will include:

• Operating machines such as laser markers and temp cycle ovens
• Loading manifolds and rigs
• Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Strong manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and rotate across processes
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
