They are currently looking to engage a Corrugator Manager as a key strategic layer into their current organisational structure, to report directly into the site Operations Director and help shape the existing team, drive both personnel, team, site excellence/ best practice and growth.

The successful candidate:

We are seeking a people focused, inclusive, visible, accessible results driven leader from a manufacturing background. Someone who can implement a leadership structure, coach, mentor and demonstrate tangible results of increased efficiencies through effective process optimisation, increasing production capacity and reduced downtime.

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000, plus bonus
