Assembly Operative - No Experience Needed

My client is looking for people local to Groby to join their team in an assembly role. No prior experience is required-just a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude.

This is a 12 month temporary position with the potential to become permanent. Full training will be provided, and by the end of the 12 months, you will be J-STD soldering certified.

The Role Includes:

• Assembling electro-mechanical parts, including pressure sensors
• Training in J-STD soldering (IPC certified)
• Hands-on, structured work with direct supervision
• A well-defined routine with clear instructions

This role offers a great opportunity to develop new skills in a supportive environment, with the added benefit of an early finish on Fridays.
