We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our Children's Mental Health Service in Coalville. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of high-quality mental health services for children and young people in the area. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of mental health issues affecting children and young people.
The ideal person for this Registered Manager - Mental Health will:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualificationMinimum of 5 years experience in a mental health setting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory roleExperience working with children and young people in a mental health capacityKnowledge of current legislation and regulations related to mental health services for children and young peopleStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and external agenciesProven ability to manage budgets and resources effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposesYour Responsibilities will include:
