What You Will Do:

- Operate sophisticated robotic machines and optical equipment to perform complex polishing operations.

- Engage in acceptance testing of newly built machines, ensuring they meet required optical tolerances.

- Develop polishing processes on new materials or geometries to achieve full surface control.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's advanced software and the polishing process.

- Travel internationally to train customers' operators and provide expert support.

- Contribute to the team's success by applying your analytical and practical skills in a hands-on environment.

What You Will Bring:

- A solid background in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physical Sciences, with a keen mathematical ability.

- Experience in the optics industry, CNC machine design/operation, or ultra-precision metrology systems is highly desirable.
