Main activities & responsibilities:

Responsible for the structural and mechanical design forplant equipment for heavy industry applications. Creation of project specific documentation and manufacturing drawings for production that are accurate, cost-effective and easy to manufacture. Produce plant layouts and diagrams suitable for project tender. Ensure designs are accurately carried out based on the client information. Provide support for the design's life cycle from concept through to installation and service Supporting customers (internal and external) providing specialist advice and solutions Design and develop new products based on customer requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

Approximately 5 years engineering design experience Experience of working with structural steel work would be beneficial.
