FLT Driver 26,000 - 29,000 Coalville Permanent

Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Coalville. The role will involve working as part of a team and you should have excellent communication and driving ability within warehouse and loading areas, with a focus on safe driving practices and relevant licences.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 7-tonne forklift to transport materials within the site.
• Load and unload deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Store products systematically using the internal stock management system.
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support team operations, including stock organization and site cleanliness.

Essential skills & qualifications:

• Valid 7-tonne (Category B) FLT license.
• Proven experience in operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to business needs.
