Engineering Manager
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 Hours: Flexible within 08:00 - 18:00, Days
The Role: As the Engineering Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take on a pivotal role in shaping our new facility. You'll initially lead a team of four engineers, with potential for team growth, and be responsible for overseeing installations, commissioning, and refurbishments. This is a hands-on role suited for a leader with strong project management skills who can manage day-to-day operations, handle facilities management, and ensure a smooth running of a 24/7 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and refurbishment of machinery and systems at the new facility.
- Supervise a team of 4 engineers, with the expectation of team expansion.
- Oversee facilities management and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage safety protocols in line with NEBOSH standards.
- Act as a project lead for ongoing developments on the site.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering background with NEBOSH certification
- 10 years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Strong man-management skills with experience leading large teams.
