Groundworker

3 - 6 month temporary contract/ temporary to permanent

Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas

Hourly rate: 17-20.40

Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Groundworker to join one of our East Midlands based clients on a 3 - 6 month temporary contract with the potential of extending onto a permanent contract.

Daily duties of the Groundworker consist of:

  • Undertaking external domestic trade works predominantly; laying flagstones, erecting & maintaining fences, brickwork pointing and small areas of concrete
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy and all work is completed to a high standard
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
  • Liaise with other tradespeople and supervisors on the progress of work being carried out

Essential experience of the Groundworker:

  • Proven experience in fencing, laying flagstones and small areas on concrete to a professional standard in the domestic
  • Full UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle
