OverviewLRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance License to join a major project in Coalville. Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Labourer with FLT duties, you will play a key role in supporting site operations. Daily duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move materials across site.

• Assisting with general labouring duties, including site preparation, assisting trades, moving equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness.

• Supporting the site team with day-to-day requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Adhering to all site health & safety policies and procedures at all times.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A valid CSCS Card.

• A current FLT Counterbalance License.

• Previous site experience in a similar role.

• Two recent and checkable references.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
