Complaints Resolution Advisor - 2x permanent positions Location/Base: Homebased, with the ability to work in the head office as and when required (Designated office: Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire) Hours: 35 hours per week (hours are flexible to suit business needs and to be worked between 8am - 6pm) Salary: £32,170- £35,744 per annum (RFJ 6)
