This is a permanent, challenging, and rewarding role for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Your New Role:As the Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to a key individual, managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring their professional life runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management: Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organising domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Strong Excel Skills : V lookups, pivot tables for data entry
  • Email Management: Filtering and prioritising emails, responding on behalf of the individual where appropriate.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Expense Management: Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Project Support: Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Liaising: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level.
  • Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
