Accounts Assistant is required for a UK-recognised company near to the Glenfield area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work in a team. The salary is up to 28,000.

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Duties:

  • Purchase Ledger - matching, batching & coding of invoices
  • Payment processing
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Assist with payroll when needed ( training will be given)
  • Produce monthly reports

Candidate requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a transactional role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Office hours are Monday to Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm
