Discovery of man's body at Ibstock house is 'unexplained' say Coalville police

The discovery of a body at an address in Ibstock on Tuesday is not being treated as suspicious.

Police and the ambulance service were called to a house in George Avenue where a man's body was found.

A spokeswoman for Leicestershire Police said: "Officers were called to a property in George Avenue, Ibstock, on Tuesday (6 July) following a report of the body of a man being found inside.

"Police attended, along with East Midlands Ambulance Service.

"The death is being treated as unexplained at this time, but is not believed to be suspicious."

"Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances surrounding the death."
