Major Recruitment are seeking skilled FLT Bendi Drivers for our client based in Coalville. This role involves working predominantly with a forklift truck (80-90% of the time) and some work with a powered pallet truck (10-20%). The position offers a great opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

Shift Pattern + Pay

• 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)
• 13 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Bendi forklift truck to move goods and materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with picking and packing orders as required.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled with care.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor to discuss tasks and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid in-house certification or RTITB certificate for FLT operation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FLT driver in a warehouse setting.
• Willingness to complete a refresher course if holding an in-house certificate.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
