Here at HireGiant we're currently recruiting for Class 2 Driver on a temporary to permanent basis based in the heart of Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start 2025 with a permanent full time position.

The Role:

Our well established client is looking for an experience Multidrop Class 2 Driver to join their team on a permanent full time basis, a Monday - Friday contract on days. The role will include, curtain side vehicle, a medium level of multi-drop and the use of a pump truck.

Requirements for this role:

Previous HGV 2 Experience - 2 years

No more than 6 points.

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday - 06:00-07:00am start

Duties

• Operate lorries in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
• Deliver goods to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle, performing routine maintenance checks as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and delivery protocols.

Pay rate £14.00-15.00 Per Hour
