Antalis Parkside are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, an interest in sales and strong telephone skills.

This is a great opportunity to begin or develop a career in sales. All ranges of experience will be considered, it is your attitude and transferable skills which are important. There will be a structured induction programme to ensure you are provided the knowledge and support needed to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples.
  • Processing Stock and Indent customer orders - completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
  • Using our Customer Relationship Management System to gather and retain key information to support the next call, deepening your relationships and communicating with the wider team.
  • Supporting the Field Sales team in developing their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services.
  • Interacting and trading with suppliers by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs.
  • Maximising customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services and products.

If you have experience or an interest in developing skills as a sales advisor, sales executive, sales administrator or in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.

  • Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confidence in sales and cross-selling

Knowledge of products/services would be a benefit but not necessary to this sales advisor role.
