We are working with one of our key clients to hire an experience Account Manager on a permanent basis working with High Street Brands and retailers. The main purpose of the role will be to secure business, maintain good client relationships and to maximise revenues and profitability within customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer accounts whilst establishing, building and improving client relationships.
  • Gaining and maintaining a solid understanding of the businesses products and services to assist business development whilst keeping up to date with industry trends and news.
  • Creating and maintaining contact reports and quotations, and maintaining accurate client records and reports.
  • Delivering quotations in a timely manner and within budget
  • Attending and delivering presentations both on and off site with both internal and external contacts.

Skills & Experience

  • Managing your own diary and managing time effectively.
  • Able to travel internationally without restriction as and when required.
  • Able to communicate at all levels in a confident manner.
  • Commercially astute
  • A good understanding of brands and retailers more specifically within personal care, beauty or similar.
  • Ideally 2-5 years experience
