TheRole

We have an excitingopportunity for an Order Coordinator to join our team to bebased in the offices of our external logistics partner DHL. As ourOrder Coordinator, you'll receive and process orders, manage ordersand ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. Leading ateam of 2-3 people.

As an OrderCoordinator, some of your responsibilities willinclude:

• Using KP's ERP system (JDE), to accuratelymanage the order administration processes and release towarehousing and transport functions, within agreed dailytimelines
• Implement any Sales and OperationExecution (S&OE) team business decisions and prioritieswithin the order management process
• Maintaininggood communications with DHL's Operational contacts to ensurecustomer order processing is not adversely impacting in any way ondelivery performance.
• Maintain goodcommunication with KP factories to ensure finished goods inventoryis available at EMG when required for orderprocessing
• Reporting and identifying root causeissues in the order management process, proposing relevantsolutions and managing the improvement actions through toconclusion, to provide excellent customer service
• Delivery of continuing standardisation,efficiency, accuracy and automation across the order managementprocess and with customers
• Ensuring orderefficiency volumes, frequency etc are monitored and targetsachieved or exceeded
• Effective and accurateprocessing of NPD, pack changes, seasonal activities, shippers,aged stock clearance, product uplifts, customer specificactivities
• New recruit training
• Escalation of process and JDE systemenhancement needs to line manager or KP ITteam.
• Day to day order management adjustmentdecisions, in line with S&OE guidance andpriorities
• Maintaining own and colleaguesongoing levels of system and processtraining
• Line management - Lead a smallteam of 2-3 administrators.

Workinghours

The working hours areMonday to Friday 8.00am-4pm with 45 minutes for lunch, but we areable to offer flexibility in terms of start and finish times.Weekends and Bank Holidays are to be worked on a rota basis acrossthe team and the hours will be limited to the minimum. Time off inlieu will be offered for hours worked.

Keyknowledge, skills and experience:

• Line managementexperience.
• Previous experience of using asystem for receiving and processing orders preferably JDE, orsimilar ERP system
• Experience of dealing withcustomers
• The ability to improve manual toautomated processes
• Experience of working in ahigh pressured, busy environment and the ability to work on yourown initiative
• Excellent communicationskills
• Strong positive attitude, self-confidentand resilient
• Self-aware and a positivecontributor into a team dynamic
• Excellent PCskills on all Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
