Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across the site to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to employees, promoting safety awareness and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to drive a proactive safety culture across the site.

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
