About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established company in Coalville, known for their commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing. They are currently looking for dedicated factory operatives to support their operations with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production line, ensuring products are manufactured to high standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Additional information:

• Pay rate: 11.71
• Shift pattern: 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday
• Assignment: Temp to perm
