Housing Income and Systems Team Leader We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Housing Income and Systems Team Leader to lead our busy Income and Systems team.

Responsible for the specialist Housing ICT software systems used within our Housing service, your role will be key in ensuring all parts of the Housing service can carry out their roles effectively and efficiently.

You will lead our rent and income accounting functions, helping to maintain the collection of rent payments and ensuring effective administration and communication of our annual increases in rent and charges.

You will also ensure our data collection is robust and fit for purpose to ensure that the council fulfils its statutory reporting obligations in an evolving regulatory framework. You will be responsible for effectively managing and leading a small team of officers whilst being flexible in your approach to provide the support that they need.

Whilst having knowledge and experience in a similar housing environment is an advantage, your ability to listen carefully and treat our customers fairly and with empathy is a priority. • 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £39,186 - £43,421
