Registered Manager - £45,000 per year - Shepshed, Leicestershire
Brookes are excited to announce we are working with a Residential Care Provider who are looking for a new Registered Manager
The Role:
Responsible for delivery of all care and support
Strategic planning for developments within the service
Day-to-day management matters
Demonstrate the ability to build on the principles and practice standards expected
Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of care and support standards
Make a positive and lasting difference to vulnerable adults who may have been in a more secure environment and are ready to move into supportive residential services within their own community
Provide vulnerable adults with an opportunity to enhance their independence, life skills and access a range of options to meet their individual chosen lifestyles.
The Right Candidate:
Previously held a Registered Managers Position
Has a Level 3 in Health and Social and Level 5 in Management
Expereinced in working with Agencies and other external organisations
Has an understanding of safeguarding, equality and diversity issues, and CQC regulations
Skilled in: management of budgets and rotas, staff supervision, influencing and negotiation
