As a Learning Disabilities Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in a 20-bedded home, providing exceptional support to individuals who display behaviours that challenge.Successful candidate for the Learning Disabilities manager position:1. Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and support.2. Develop and implement personalised care plans.3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.5. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.6. Manage budgets and resources effectively.Desirable Experience:1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health service2. Strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism.3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.6.
