Production Rail Operative - Quarry Environment (Coalville LE67)

Location: Coalville, LE67 Pay Rate: From £14.50 per hour Hours: 8-hour shifts, rotating between mornings, afternoons, and nights Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Minimum 6 months)

MUST have a SPA Quarry Passport

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Production Rail Operative to join our team working in a quarry environment in the Coalville area. In this role, you will:

• Safely operate rail mobile and static plant, including rail load out and rail weighbridges
• Perform general site clearance of plant spillages and maintain cleanliness
• Carry out small maintenance tasks as needed
• Visually inspect the rail and report any issues to the Quarry Manager
• Be flexible to cover other roles on-site as required

Requirements:

• It is advantageous if you hold a Wheel Loading Shovel licence, though not essential
• Ability to work rotating shifts
