Job Opportunity: Civil Site Manager - Water Location: Kegworth Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a plus package

Working for a reputable Civil Engineering and building company . A requirement for a skilled professional is needed to work on vital water infrastructure projects East Midlands, including clean and wastewater pipelines and pumping stations.

What You'll Do: Manage and oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule. Interpret and communicate construction drawings clearly, ensuring accurate setting out and measurement on-site. Lead your team to meet deadlines, while fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Maintain high standards of quality, environmental, and health & safety compliance on-site. Develop and share best practices to improve project outcomes.

What You'll Need: Black CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS certification. A degree in Civil Engineering (or related qualification) and 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in clean water/wastewater projects. Strong numeracy and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Full driving licence. Ability to take initiative and lead projects from start to finish.
