Warehouse Stock & Administration Clerk

Menzies Distribution are currently looking for a Warehouse Stock & Administration Clerk to join our busy team based in Coalville. You will be responsible for the administration and support acitivities related to stock, operations, logitsics and finance.

The Details:

  • Salary: £13.00 Per Hour / £25,350.00 Per Annum
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (With the possibility of weekend overtime)
  • Shift Pattern: 14:00-22:00 (37.5 Hours Per Week, Half an hour unpaid lunch)
  • Monthly Pay
  • Parking Onsite

Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to)

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Manage customers stock in accordance with agreed process.
  • Communication with customers via written processes and meetings
  • Prepare and send stock reports to customers
  • Prepare and send KPI s
