You ll be managing a small team, rolling up your sleeves when needed, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.What you ll be doing:• Running the warehouse with a focus on planning, organisation, and efficiency.• Overseeing stock control, keeping things accurate and flowing.• Planning & managing goods in and goods out, making sure everything is spot on.• Supporting and motivating your small team leading by example, not from an office chair.• Keeping the place shipshape and ready to meet the needs of customers and suppliers.What we re looking for:• Someone who s already got warehouse management (or strong supervisory) experience.• Solid background in stock organisation, goods in/out, and planning.• A hands-on leader who s not afraid to muck in alongside the team.• Calm under pressure, great at solving problems, and always willing to listen.• Most importantly, a down-to-earth person with no ego these are a genuinely inclusive, supportive bunch, and that matters to us.Why join?• The people.
