Senior Housing Officer
If you are looking for an opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, welcoming service, then this role is the one for you.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working in housing management to effectively lead and manage our Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour Officers.
You will need to have a flexible approach to organising your work and that of the team and have previous experience of effectively managing a team. Key areas of responsibility are rent arrears, property allocations, anti-social behaviour, tenancy and estate management.
A working knowledge of current housing legislation and experience of case management for anti-social behaviour is essential. You need to be confident in working with partner agencies, able to identify and implement service improvements and review policies and procedures to support the delivery of our outcome focused customer service.
*Successful applicant must undertake a basic DBS check
• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £39,186 - £43,421 (pay award pending)
