Compliance Team Leader
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you want to play a big part in one of the Council's key services?
Keeping our tenants and staff safe is number one priority for the Council and this role has a critical part to play in doing that. We are looking for someone to lead our Compliance Team.
The successful candidate must have knowledge and demonstrable experience of properly managing compliance for social housing properties including e.g. fire, legionella, electric, gas, asbestos, lifts.
It is essential that you can develop and maintain comprehensive data records to demonstrate compliance and facilitate the delivery of effective procurement and contract management.
You will also have responsibility for ensuring that robust remedial action plans are put in place to address any issues identified.
The successful candidate must have:
• Up to date knowledge of the legal context for the compliance areas mentioned above
• strong project, contract and risk management skills
• excellent interpersonal and people management skills

• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £39,186 - £43,421 (pay award pending)
